介紹： 牛胰腺脫氧核糖核酸酶（又稱DNA酶）是一種核酸內(nèi)切酶，它作用于磷酸二脂鍵，特別針對(duì)毗鄰嘧啶核苷的鍵，從而產(chǎn)生3' 末端帶自由羥基和5' 末端帶磷酸鹽的多聚核苷酸。酶作用的最佳pH值為7.8。DNA酶能被二價(jià)金屬活化，被鰲合物如EDTA和十二烷基硫酸鈉抑制。濃度為5 mM的鈣離子可作為穩(wěn)定劑，以保護(hù)DNA酶不被水解酶分解。
